Swapkaart is a NFC digital business card that allows people to transfer information instantly. You are no longer limited to simply sharing your contact details. With custom actions you can instantly transfer information or cause any action on any smartphone.

This card has Ntag216 NXP chip which allows you to fully store your contact business details locally into the card chip, without the need for online digital business card profile.

Warranty info

Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority! With our 100% warranty, you can replace your damaged card with a new one. Any new card purchased from Swapkaart that is "damaged on arrival," arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes is eligible for a replacement within 14 days of purchase. To request replacement, please send an email to info@swapkaart.com specifying the reason and show examples of the damage. Please visit our terms policy for full information.

We deliver all standard design cards within 2-5 days in the Benelux. For other countries, it might take up to 2 weeks depending on the shipping provider. We use Royal Mail delivery services from UK and DHL/PostNL from the Netherlands. Because we use Post envelopes to ship our products, there is no tracking available for purchases. For larger company orders, we advice to contact us via email. Please contact us in case you have any questions.

This card has a standard design. This means you can not add your logo or designs here. For personalized cards, you can order Swapkaart Custom Design.

However, you can still update your profile page with your own cover page, avatar and contact details.

Once purchased, check your emails for a design brief from one of our designers. Here our designer will take your brief and create your design. You will then approve the design prior going to print for overall satisfaction. If you already have a custom design you can upload it from here: https://app.swapkaart.com/custom-design-form

We do our best to ship products as soon as possible. For NFC card with standard design, we ship our cards within 2-5 days in Europe. For custom designs, we deliver our cards within 2-4 weeks depending on the delivery country.

What phones are compatible?

Mooi design, toffe gadget

Ondanks dat ik even moest wachten is het echt een geniale uitvinding. Ik kreeg een gepersonaliseerd design voor de kaart (super leuk dat t wordt aangeboden en strak gemaakt) en gebruik het met name op evenementen. Ik heb mijn promotie materiaal, website en LinkedIn eraan toegevoegd en het werkt heel soepel. Kortom het wachten helemaal waard.

I am happy with my card

I ordered custom card and I didn't have my own design. The team from Swapkaart was really helpful and they made a design for me. After I approved, they printed the card and shipped it to me. They ship the cards from London so it took 13 days to arrive but when it arrived, I was really impressed. The quality was good and it worked perfect! Highly recommend!
