Is Dashboard for free?
The Dashboard is available on Pro and Teams plans only. If you're on a Free plan, you’ll need to upgrade to unlock full tracking and analytics features.
How often is the Dashboard updated?
The Dashboard updates in real time. If data seems missing, it’s likely filtered out for accuracy (see exclusions above). If you suspect a technical issue, contact support at info@swapkaart.com
What is CTR and how is it calculated?
CTR (Click-Through Rate) shows how engaging your card is. It’s calculated as:
(Number of links clicked ÷ Total card views) × 100%
Why don’t I see some views or clicks in the Dashboard?
We intentionally exclude certain activity to keep your data clean and meaningful:
- Same-browser sessions are ignored
If you open your own card in the same browser session you shared it from, it’s not counted.
- Internal scans aren’t tracked:
If someone from your team views a card while logged into your org’s account, it won’t be tracked.
- Incognito or different-browser sessions count:
Views and clicks from private tabs or different browsers do get recorded.
My NFC card isn’t tracking data. What should I do?
There could be several reasons your NFC card isn’t tracking properly — from using a custom URL to technical misconfiguration. The best next step is to contact our support team so we can quickly diagnose and resolve the issue.

Yes — you can segment data by individual employees, teams, specific cards, or time ranges to get exactly the view you need
I have a custom URL on my NFC card or QR code. Will it be tracked?
No. The Dashboard only tracks digital business cards created and shared through Swapkaart’s unique URLs. Custom or third-party links do not include our tracking ID, so their activity won’t appear in your Dashboard.
